The KhonaBiz application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the application secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the KhonaBiz application won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Mz Power Enterprises (Pty) Ltd. will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the application will require the application to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Mz Power Enterprises (Pty) Ltd. cannot take responsibility for the application not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

If you’re using the application outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the application, or other third party charges. In using the application, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the application, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the application.

Along the same lines, Mz Power Enterprises (Pty) Ltd. cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the application i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Mz Power Enterprises (Pty) Ltd. cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to Mz Power Enterprises (Pty) Ltd.’s responsibility for your use of the application, when you’re using the application, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Mz Power Enterprises (Pty) Ltd. accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the application.

At some point, we may wish to update the application. The application is currently available on the internet. Mz Power Enterprises (Pty) Ltd. does not promise that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the browser, device or operating system version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the application, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the application, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the application, any part of the application, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the application, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the application into other languages, or make derivative versions. The application itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Mz Power Enterprises (Pty) Ltd..

Unless otherwise stated, Mz Power Enterprises (Pty) Ltd. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on KhonaBiz. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from KhonaBiz for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from KhonaBiz
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from KhonaBiz
• Reproduce, duplicate material from KhonaBiz
• Redistribute content from KhonaBiz

Payments must be made with Creidt or Debit cards and other methods made available on our checkout process. We currently accept VISA or Master Card by most major credit or debit cards providers. You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online payment fee or processing or declined transaction fee, we are not responsible for this

You need to check and be satisfied that the payment was done successfully (status) to deem your product or service as paid. We are not responsible for any dispatch of the product without a successful online payment.

We currently do not store Credit / Debit information.

Mz Power Enterprises (Pty) Ltd. or KhonaBiz currently facilitate no formal or automated Dispute Resolution or assistance thereon. We may however be supported to carry a resolution process by providing information we record for only your transactions.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help, kindly contact us on provided contact details! We offer free returns within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

In general, you can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:

• it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
• it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
• it is not missing any accessories or parts;
• you inform us within 7 days of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product.

You may request Termination of your account or company agreement with KhonaBiz at any time.
